Vice President -Human Resources for a Product Development company at Technopark

VP HR and Talent Acquisition

We are having an urgent requirement with one of our MNC (Product Development Company) Client for the post VP HR and Talent Acquisition

Location: Trivandrum, Technopark

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Executive Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the Human Resources function, with emphasis on global field expansion. The successful candidate must be competent as both a strategic and tactical operating executive with a total commitment to excellence and strong employee focus. A strong sense of personal responsibility in accomplishing the organization’s goals, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other business stakeholders to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work with Managing Director, on strategic Talent Acquisition Plans and Talent Management/Development initiatives
• Recommend and maintain organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives
• Develop strategic training and organizational development plan to meet professional, personal and organizational needs of company employees
• Oversee development and implementation of compensation programs to ensure competitive salary, bonus and equity levels
• Select and direct the administration of Employee Benefits Programs
• Establish short and long term HR organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures
• International Human Resources Experience with Staffing and Labour Laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years as a Head of Human Resources and Senior Management position
• Proven success building global teams and employee initiatives highly desired
• Experience in management development and succession planning
• Demonstrated experience in building international organizations and managing international expansion
• MBA with specialisation in HR preferred
• Excellent presentation communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Possessing a high degree of personal and professional integrity, a sense of urgency and priority and measurable success driving productivity while maintaining an enthusiastic culture
