We are having an urgent requirement with one of our MNC (Product Development Company) Client for the post of ETL data Architect

Position: ETL data Architect

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience:5 to 8 Years

Job Description
• Develop logical and physical Data Models and Entity Relationship Diagrams using ERWIN.
• Implement database objects in Oracle.
• Work as an ETL Architect to support production data delivery needs.
• Strong experience in using Informatica and architecting solutions using Informatica
• Perform basic DBA functions in the Development and System Test environments.
• Concentration in Data Integration (ETL) and DBMS infrastructure and configuration to best serve a Data Warehousing environment.
• Assist application development teams with interaction with the transactional database, Operational Data Store and/or Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Performance tune databases and SQL statements.
• Perform source system data analysis.
• Develop stored procedures, database triggers and complex SQL queries where needed.
• Proactively monitor development, test and production class database servers.
• Work with DBAs and Data Architects in planning and implementing appropriate data partitioning strategy for Arbitron Data Warehouse.
• Profile production data and ensure enterprise data quality.

• Proven expertise in designing & architecting solutions in Informatica
• Strong knowledge in Informatica 8.6 ETL tool
• Strong knowledge in designing solutions using Informatica
• Strong in warehousing and integration concepts
• Thorough knowledge in Oracle, SQL. Should be good at writing DB queries, Store procedures, Triggers, Functions, etc.
• A good blend of Analytical skills and logical reasoning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
