We are having an urgent requirement with one of our MNC (Product Development Company) Client for the post of Sr. Specialist BI

Position: Sr. Specialist BI

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience:5 to 8Years

Job Description

Responsible for designing Business Objects WEBI reports, Xcelsius reports, dashboards, delivery (distribution), scheduling and retention policy for reports.
Partially own & design BO Universe
Develop logical and physical Data Models and Entity Relationship Diagrams using ERWIN
Responsible for designing Business Objects WEBI reports, Xcelsius reports, dashboards, delivery (distribution), scheduling and retention policy for reports.
Implement database objects in Oracle.
Perform some basic DBA functions in the Development and System Test environments.
Performance tune databases and SQL statements.
Perform source system data analysis.
Develop stored procedures, database triggers and complex SQL queries where needed.

Strong knowledge in BOXIR3/R2 WEBI/ Xcelsius report design, dash boarding, and distribution
Strong Knowledge of BO Universe Development & WebI reports
Strong in warehousing and integration concepts
Thorough knowledge in Oracle, SQL. Should be good at writing DB queries, Store procedures, Triggers, Functions, etc.
A good blend of Analytical skills and logical reasoning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
